As Branch Vice President with Coldwell Banker Realty, Gary leads one of the nation’s premier real estate offices, guiding agents and teams in achieving exceptional results.
Throughout his career, Gary has held senior leadership roles with organizations including Val-Pak Direct Marketing Systems, Cadmus Journal Services, and United Marketing Solutions, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, drove innovation, and built high-performing teams. His entrepreneurial drive led him to found Cuff & Company Realtors and serve as Regional Director & Principal Broker for Realty Executives, overseeing 13 offices and several hundred agents.
At Gin Dance Company, Gary applies this breadth of experience as Executive Director and Co-Founder, overseeing all business operations, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. His passion for the arts and commitment to excellence help ensure GDC’s continued growth and impact in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and beyond.
