Gary Cuff is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Gin Dance Company (GDC), where he oversees the organization’s strategic planning, operations, finance, marketing, fundraising, and business development. With more than three decades of executive leadership experience spanning both corporate management and real estate, Gary brings a unique blend of business acumen and nonprofit leadership to the company.
Prior to co-founding GDC, Gary held senior leadership positions with Val-Pak Direct Marketing Systems, Cadmus Journal Services, and United Marketing Solutions, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led large teams, and directed technology and operational initiatives.
Gary’s entrepreneurial spirit led him into real estate, where he founded Cuff & Company Realtors after serving as Regional Director and Principal Broker for Realty Executives Mid-Atlantic, overseeing 13 offices and several hundred real estate professionals. He later served for nine years as Managing Broker for Long & Foster Real Estate, one of the nation’s premier residential real estate brokerages. He subsequently became Branch Vice President for Coldwell Banker Realty.
Today, Gary serves as Principal/Designated Managing Broker for eXp Realty in Maryland and Managing Broker in Virginia and DC, helping lead the nation’s largest independent real estate brokerage. In these roles, he provides leadership, compliance oversight, education, and strategic guidance to thousands of real estate professionals throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Gary applies the same strategic leadership and operational excellence to Gin Dance Company, helping ensure the organization’s continued artistic growth, financial sustainability, and long-term success while supporting its mission to inspire audiences through innovative dance.
